Aaron brings a great blend of experience to the Walker team. He has spent the last 10+ years in combination roles of Operations Management and HR Leadership. Aaron graduated from Transylvania University and received his MS in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. In addition, he has held the SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential since 2022. He is passionate about aligning HR policy and practices with the strategic efforts of organizations to cultivate and maintain workplace cultures that exceed employee expectations, while ensuring business objectives are met. As an experienced coordinator, facilitator, HR business partner, and leader, Aaron strives to be a resource to all departments in matters of employee engagement, compensation, benefits management, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership. Aaron lives in Versailles with his wife Katie. He enjoys pretty much anything that involves playing in the woods. Most weekends you can find Aaron and Katie on a lake or the KY river, unless the Green Bay Packers are playing.
